Main Street Inn B & B

After 12 successful years and much thought, the award winning Main Street Inn B&B is closing.  This will allow its current owners the opportunity to pursue other interests and to seek new owners.  During this time, the B&B has welcomed Guests from 50 States and 19 countries.

The B&B showcases the Italianate architecture reminiscent of the turn of the 1900’s.  It represents one of the original homes located in downtown historic Westcliffe. The Inn has been totally renovated including original hardware, new plumbing, electrical and an in-floor, zoned heating system.

If you know of anyone that would be interested in the purchase of this property, the owners are prepared to offer you a referral fee upon closing of the property.  They will also participate with Realtors in regard to a commission.

More detailed information can be found be on its website, MainStreetBnB.com under the tab ‘Inn for Sale’.   Or email: mnstreetbb@aol.com

Westcliffe Center for the Performing Arts
(WCPA)

Dear Friends and Patrons of the Arts:

What a pleasure it is to welcome you to our 20th JUBILEE season of bringing live theater to Westcliffe and the surrounding counties. The Theater is an experience that inspires, teaches, amuses, and gives us visions of worlds outside our own experience. It helps children express their creativity and enriches all of our lives.

Our 2012, 20th JUBILEE Season schedule is filled with exciting new performances you’re sure to enjoy. We open with a rollicking original musical, “ All Aboard Westcliffe” featuring both classic and original cowboy songs. Next, we present two outstanding plays outdoors in revolving repertory: “Measure for Measure“ by William Shakespeare ” and a delightful comedy: “ The Lady’s Not for Burning” by Christopher Fry. Audiences love coming early and bringing families and picnic dinners before the show.

WCPA’s role in the Westcliffe Community continues to expand each year, and our theater facilities, which now include the Children’s Theater, rehearsal hall, Radio station (KWMV), scene and costume shops, offices and intern housing in Studio 2, are in constant use. Along with our full summer season of plays and our children’s creativity camps in the summer, we continue to host community events, concerts and first run movies on weekends in the fall and winter.

We look forward to seeing you at one of our many events this summer. Season tickets are on sale at www.jonestheater.com or by calling 719-783-3004. Only $75 for six live shows!
